1. Data controller

2. What we process

We process the personal data you provide when contacting us by WhatsApp or email (name, contact details, the booking enquiry), and — if you reserve through our direct booking page at donaconcha.hospedo.es — the data needed to complete and confirm your stay.

3. Legal basis

The data is processed on the basis of (a) your consent (when you initiate the contact), (b) the performance of the accommodation contract, and (c) compliance with Spanish legal obligations applicable to tourist accommodation (notably guest registration under Royal Decree 933/2021).

4. Recipients

We do not sell or share your data. Limited data may be shared with: the Spanish Ministry of Interior (SES Hospedajes, only for legally required guest registration); our IT processors (Brevo for transactional email, our hosting provider) under appropriate data-processing agreements.

5. Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Booking and registration data is kept for as long as legally required for tax and tourist-registration obligations.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to donaconcha.ugijar@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
